What makes the area of my villa special is, above all, the breathtaking view of the sea and the opportunity to practice various water sports. The surrounding hills are adorned with vineyards, where one of Sardinia's most renowned wines, Malvasia, is produced. The surrounding countryside is also exceptional, perfect for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, digital TV, hairdryer, safe, and internet connection in the lobby. In our 5000 sqm park, we have a tennis court available for our guests, as well as ample parking space for multiple cars. The villa has recently been restored and tastefully furnished in a modern style, incorporating traditional Sardinian materials and fabrics. Breakfast is served on the main terrace, offering a wonderful panorama of the sea. An unforgettable moment not to be missed is enjoying an aperitif on the terrace at sunset with a view of the sea.
