Welcome, travelers! VILLA PINI is a guesthouse featuring four en-suite rooms, each with its own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy when entering and exiting. In each garden, we've created an outdoor lounge area where our guests can relax, read a book, or simply soak up the sun. Come visit us in the winter, too, and enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating, and in the summer, enjoy the excellent air conditioning. You can also work at the comfortable desk and connect to the internet with super-efficient Wi-Fi. Each room also features a 55-inch smart TV with internet access (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and more), a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and a selection of soaps. The building was recently constructed with the most advanced technologies, aiming for superior thermal and acoustic comfort. Many consider our location to be strategically located close to the city center (about 350 meters from the start of Corso Umberto Primo) yet perfectly secluded from the chaos and smog of the city. The microclimate of this part of Civitanova Marche will also captivate you: the slightly elevated position above the city center allows for a light but pleasant sea breeze, making even the hottest days milder and more bearable. Just a few meters away, you'll find a children's playground and a well-stocked bar and tobacconist with a Lotto/SuperEnalotto ticket office. For nature lovers and those who enjoy beautiful walks, there's a nearby pedestrian and cycle path that connects the center of Civitanova Marche to the charming village of Civitanova Alta. This approximately 4 km route is very pleasant thanks to its natural beauty. Along the route, you'll find numerous rest areas, some of which are equipped for fitness exercises. The location also offers easy access to public transportation, as it's just a few meters from the bus stop. Parking is always available (on public roads).
