Villa Patrizia is a bed and breakfast located in San Canzian d'Isonzo, a small and peaceful countryside village not far from Monfalcone. It offers a spacious parking area and a beautiful garden. We are just a few kilometers away from Trieste Airport, the A4 highway exit, and the train stations of Monfalcone, Trieste Airport, and Cervignano-Aquileia-Grado.
The B&B is spread over two levels. The ground floor consists of a reception area, 1 queen bed room and 1 Suite, a breakfast room and an outdoor patio. Another queen bed room and a double room are located on the first floor. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, LCD TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, a small terrace or private outdoor space, and Wi-Fi.
It is the ideal place to explore the wonders of Friuli Venezia Giulia, including visiting castles, natural oases, caves, monuments, and Great War sites, as well as enjoying food and wine tours (the Grado Golf Club is only 14 km away).
You can relax on the nearby beaches of Grado, Duino, and Sistiana (Trieste), or visit Aquileia, Cividale, Trieste, and Udine. You can even take day trips to Venice, Ljubljana (Slovenia), or Villach (Austria).
