The Bed & Breakfast and Holiday Home Villa Pardi, with its family-run management, is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside of Lucca, at the foot of the hills that separate the walled city from the coast and the majestic Apuan Alps. This charming place is situated in front of the delightful village of Nozzano Castello. Through an elegant avenue, you reach the large parking lot and the park that surrounds the entire property. The wonderful swimming pool and solarium, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, immerse themselves in the peace and silence of the surrounding countryside, offering a stay and a vacation of complete relaxation. The eighteenth-century dwelling, composed of the main Villa, the Dependance, and the small church, has been completely restored with great care, patience, and love by the current owners, Giovanna, Enzo, and their daughter Cinzia. Villa Pardi dates back to 1700 and, during its renovation, it has preserved the original features of the time, such as the large frescoed halls, Tuscan-style furnishings, and beautiful chandeliers. The "stylish rooms" are located on the first floor and can be accessed through spacious halls, some with views of Nozzano Castle. The rooms are spacious and bright, all frescoed and equipped with private bathrooms with shower, LCD TV, and free WIFI internet connection. On the ground floor, available to guests, there is a bright breakfast room and a cozy hall. Next to the villa is the dependance, the ancient "farmer's house", recently renovated and enriched with Tuscan-style floors, wooden beams, and ancient terracotta tiles. Within the property, you can choose between standard rooms or studios and apartments with equipped kitchenettes, ideal for families and those who wish to stay for long periods. Inside the park, there is also the small church, dating back to 1771 and recently restored. It still retains the original frescoes and altar from that time. Upon request, it will soon be available for small ceremonies and private events.
