Villa dell'Antico Mulino

The B&B Villa dell'Antico Mulino is located inside a large stone mansion, built in the 1920s. The structure is situated in the valley between Assisi and Spoleto, in the immediate vicinity of the charming Fonti del Clitunno. The surrounding environment, characterized by springs and streams, offers a feeling of freshness and relaxation. In front of the B&B, you can admire a picturesque pond that powers an ancient water mill, built in 1661 and still functional. For our guests, there is a charming garden with a barbecue area and a pond for sport fishing.

The rooms, furnished with antique family furniture, offer a panoramic view of the pond and the lookout point. The structure is equipped with an efficient underfloor heating system to ensure maximum comfort during the winter, while in summer it enjoys pleasant natural freshness and air conditioning.

Directions to reach us by car from Rome:
Take the highway to Florence and exit at Orte, following the direction of Terni-Spoleto-Foligno. Continue until the Campello sul Clitunno exit and follow the directions for Beroide, S.P. 457. After about 3.5 km (from the roundabout), at the small intersection with the ancient church, follow the direction of Borgo Trevi 6 (turn right) into Via Loc. Morella. After about 1 km (from the intersection), follow alongside the sport fishing pond and you will find the first entrance on the left, the two-story stone house.

Exit at Campello sul Clitunno and follow the directions for Beroide, S.P. 457. After about 3.5 km (from the roundabout), at the small intersection with the ancient church, follow the direction of Borgo Trevi 6 (turn right) into Via Loc. Morella.
