The villa is spread over two levels:
Pool level: independent unit with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette, and private entrance with large sliding glass doors facing the pool.
First floor: main residence with bright sea-view living room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, master bathroom, large veranda, and splendid solarium.
Dependance: charming separate unit with a double bedroom and private bathroom.

The Villa is located just 150 meters from Baia Santa Reparata beach (a favorite among divers for its cliffs and crystal-clear seabeds) and from the two stunning beaches of Capo Testa (Rena di Levante and Rena di Ponente), both known for their sandy shores, rocky coves, and pristine, sheltered waters.
Not far away, you will also find the enchanting beaches of Cala Spinosa, Rena Bianca, La Liccia, La Licciola, La Marmorata, Cala Sanbuco, and Cala Grande.
For those seeking a timeless and unconventional experience, the nearby Cala Grande—better known as the Valley of the Moon—is an unmissable destination. Its rocks turn a magical white under the moonlight, and for decades it has been a haven for hippies and naturists from all over the world, who have helped preserve its pristine beauty.
From the port of Santa Teresa, you can also reach the wonderful Bonifacio, the southernmost town of Corsica, in just about half an hour by ferry, with several daily departures. Rich in history, culture, and spectacular views, Bonifacio is a perfect day trip. Alternatively, you can embark on a boat tour of the islands of Spargi, Budelli, Cavallo, Santa Maria, and La Maddalena.
