Villa Magnolia is an elegant villa with a garden, located just 300 meters from Piazza dei Miracoli, where the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa is located. The villa was built along with the final version of the small Pisa San Rossore station, which was used by the royal family.
This small station, which is still functioning for local traffic, can easily be used as a base for excursions to Lucca, Viareggio, and Florence, or to reach Pisa's central station in less than ten minutes, where long-distance trains and airport shuttles pass through.
The first floor of the villa consists of four rooms with antique furnishings, each room having its own elegant private bathroom. A large modern kitchen, complete with all appliances, is available for guests. In the rooms, you will find coffee machines and breakfast biscuits, while in the kitchen, there is a kettle, tea, and jams. To complete breakfast, we have an agreement with an excellent bar, which overlooks the entrance of Piazza dei Miracoli, and they will meet any request with a significant discount.

Villa Magnolia is filled with architectural elements from the early 20th century, when it was built along with the final version of the small San Rossore station in Pisa. This station was used by the royal family to reach the San Rossore hunting estate, which is a couple of kilometers away and is now a large nature reserve that can be visited by bike or horseback. In December 1998, during construction of a building below the station, traces of a Roman-era port began to emerge from the excavations. This discovery, of exceptional archaeological importance due to its incredible state of preservation, gave rise to the Museum of Ancient Ships in Pisa, which can be visited near the Villa. Nearby, there is also the ancient Santa Chiara hospital, which still houses the medical faculty, the engineering faculty, and the small San Rossore railway station.
