Il bâtiment Villa Luca possède 12 chambres (dont une pour les personnes handicapées) pour 25 lits, chaudes et accueillantes, meublées avec des meubles siciliens et des sols en terre cuite. Toutes les chambres offrent une vue sur les îles Éoliennes et sont équipées de tout le confort: salle de bain privée, télévision par satellite à écran LCD, Internet Wi-Fi, climatisation/chauffage pour garantir une haute qualité de service.
Le petit-déjeuner copieux est servi dans la salle de restaurant confortable, tandis que pendant l'été, il est servi sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer et en contact avec la nature.
Villa Luca est également équipée d'une piscine avec bain à remous, d'une salle Internet avec télévision par satellite et d'un parking pour les voitures, accessible uniquement aux clients.
