This beautiful two-story detached house, built around 1910, is located in a residential area near the historic center of Fano. A thick, tall hedge separates it from the public road, offering privacy and tranquility. A gate and a small wicket gate lead to the approximately 200-square-meter garden, featuring an English lawn and equipped with a wood-burning oven, a fireplace, a fountain, a marble table, a parasol, sun loungers, and chairs. The garden is adorned with cypress, laurel, pine, olive, and other aromatic plants. During the warmer months, breakfast is also served in the garden.
The living quarters of the house, approximately 200 square meters, are located on the ground floor and consist of a large hallway, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with marble floors, a study/reception area, a bathroom, and a garage. A 20-step staircase leads to the first floor, which features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large furnished solarium terrace. The owner lives on the property.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom (maximum 2 people); a junior suite (maximum 3 people); and a suite (maximum 5 people) consisting of a triple bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a large furnished terrace/solarium. All units have a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious breakfast room and a well-stocked library. The quality of breakfast is a key factor in the overall quality of a B&B. We firmly believe this and pay the utmost attention. Our breakfast is both Italian and continental. It's freshly prepared, which is why guests are asked to set the time.
Breakfast, served in a cozy library-style lounge, is from 8: 00 am to 10: 00 am. However, we can modify it if guests require it. For example, if check-out is before 6: 00 am, we can replace the standard breakfast with practical "travel baskets. "
Our breakfast typically includes a savory first course and an Italian second course. Drinks include freshly prepared fruit or vegetable juices and smoothies, in addition to traditional hot beverages. We understand that all of these elements cannot be prepared in advance without compromising their flavor and therefore quality.
You are our guests, so self-service is prohibited, and we use commercial products only when necessary for hygiene reasons. The breakfast menu changes every morning.

He has taught Mathematics and Computer Science in high schools. For about 20 years, he was the owner of a leading tour operator agency in Italy specializing in villa and farmhouse stays. Now, with this experience, he offers a more relaxed and personalized hospitality in his own home. He does so with great care and attention, respecting the autonomy, freedom, and privacy of the guests. Giuseppe only shuts down his computer when he goes fishing for mussels at the sea or when he goes to the countryside to mow the grass in the large farmhouse courtyard, water the lawn, the vegetable garden, and the olive grove. From his olive trees of Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Raggiola varieties, Giuseppe produces a sublime quality oil, albeit in small quantities.
The Villa Liberty Bed and Breakfast is located in a residential neighborhood. The Historic Center is only 500 meters away, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bike. The beach is only 850 meters away, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. In the immediate vicinity, you will not find any shops, but there is a large supermarket just 300 meters away and a shopping center with numerous shops about 500 meters away. The hospital, pharmacy, police station, and church are only 300 meters away from Villa Liberty, while the stadium and sports hall are about 600 meters away. Every morning, in the loggias of Piazza Andrea Costa in the historic center and at the Pescatori Cooperative "Comarpesca" on the Adriatic Seafront (Sassonia), you can find fresh fish during weekdays. The traditional street market takes place in the historic center every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Furthermore, every year, on August 24, the historic San Bartolomeo Fair is celebrated. The antique fair-market takes place in the historic center on the second Sunday of every month and the preceding Saturday. Important events not to be missed are the Adriatic Carnival, Fano Jazz by the Sea, Fano dei Cesari, and the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro.
