Villa Lavania

The villa is nestled in nature among the olive trees that characterize the landscape, just 2.5 km from Spello, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. This peaceful and secluded place offers a corner of paradise for those seeking rest and wanting to visit the famous and characteristic places of Umbria.

The villa is surrounded by a 4500 sqm garden, completely fenced, shared with the owners but with separate entrances. It is the ideal accommodation for up to 7 people and is particularly suitable for families.

On the ground floor, there is the dining room and a spacious living room from which you can access the pool and terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all modern comforts. The villa has two bathrooms, one of which is located in the outdoor patio.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is inside the suite. Two of the three rooms have a safe.

The villa is located halfway up the hill, at the foot of Mount Subasio, a few kilometers from Assisi and the most beautiful tourist destinations in Umbria. It is the ideal place for nature lovers, as just outside the gate, you can take a path immersed in greenery that leads directly to the Prima Porta of Spello.

The swimming pool (10×4.5) will be open from June 1st to September 30th. For special requests, please contact the property. The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower, outdoor changing room, and an external cabin with bathroom and shower with hot water.

The house has covered parking for two cars and all essential amenities.
