On the first floor, there are two tastefully decorated double bedrooms, each equipped with stabilized water beds designed to provide deep and restorative sleep. Between the two rooms, there is a spacious bathroom reserved for guests, complete with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. An additional bathroom on the lower floor adds extra convenience, featuring a sink, toilet, and bidet.
Outside, guests can enjoy a shaded terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for breakfast or a quiet reading moment. The gazebo is ideal for sipping a glass of wine at sunset, while loungers and an umbrella allow for sunbathing in complete relaxation. The lovingly tended garden is filled with flowers and birdsong, creating a serene atmosphere. The property is fully fenced and includes a garage with electronic access, an automatic gate, and a separate pedestrian entrance.
Breakfast, always included, is prepared with care and served in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Each morning, guests can enjoy tea, coffee, or cappuccino, accompanied by toast with butter and homemade jam, a slice of freshly baked cake, cereals, and fresh fruit. A hot breakfast can also be arranged upon request.
The villa's location is perfect for exploring the area: the lake, the marina for excursions to the Borromean Islands, and the train station with quick connections to Stresa and Milan are all just a five-minute walk away. The surroundings offer a vibrant selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and local markets, as well as public beaches, a well-equipped lido, and a lakeside park.
