Villa Gemma

Villa Gemma offers an exclusive stay experience in two refined double rooms, each measuring 15 square meters, complete with private bathrooms and independent entrances, ensuring privacy and comfort. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and kettle for water and coffee, allowing guests to prepare breakfast or small snacks independently. It is important to note that the property does not have a kitchen.

During the winter months, from November onwards, the villa is pleasantly heated thanks to the centralized heating system, while in the summer months, the environment remains cool and pleasantly ventilated, perfect for resting after a day in the sun.

Located in a privileged position, Villa Gemma is close to Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road, offering an oasis of peace. The villa is only accessible by car or motorcycle, with the advantage of a private parking protected by an electric gate. Free WiFi is available for all guests.

The villa's terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mola and the sunsets behind Monte Capanne, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable moments. Despite the beauty of its partially steep garden, the presence of children under 10 years old is not recommended for safety reasons. Furthermore, the villa does not accommodate pets.

Villa Gemma is ideal for motorcyclists, thanks to the secure private parking, and is in a strategic position to explore the most enchanting beaches of the island, which can be quickly reached.
