In the heart of the historic center, yet surrounded by the tranquility of a charming forest, you will find a private parking protected by an electronic gate.
The common areas are spacious and include an internet station, a well-stocked library, and Wi-Fi connection. The rooms at B&B Villa Fortezza are bright, overlooking the garden and the city, and are enhanced by oak flooring. To ensure maximum comfort during the summer, each room is equipped with fans or air conditioning. Each room has a name that reflects its unique decor and style: Pop, Tiffany, City, and Space. Additionally, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi internet connection. The bathrooms are all new and come with a hairdryer, welcome set, and a full set of towels.
Breakfast, either Italian or continental upon request, will be personally served by the hosts with fresh and seasonal products.
You will be close to stretches of a swim-friendly river (Castellano) with truly picturesque beaches.

The eggs and pecorino cheese come from Ginetta, the fava beans from Gabriele, the bread from Daniele, the tomatoes and olive oil from Salvatore.

Sibilla Picena the Divinity: a sorceress and enchantress linked to the myth of her fairy cave, surrounded by maidens with goat-like feet, charming and skilled at weaving. Sibilla the Room: a versatile and evocative open space created on the ground floor of the building where the massive wall of the ancient stable is front and center. The wall has been restored and left exposed, the oak manger transformed into an original seat/lamp. The room has a direct access to the small calidarium, where one can enjoy a healthy steam bath. Sibilla has been designed to break down architectural barriers as much as possible, just as its large bathroom, connected and for exclusive use. Space is a futuristic and functional mini-attic, which reminds of a space station. You can enjoy natural light coming from the bull’s-eye windows on the roof; at night, it is well lit thanks to smart light solutions. The room has a modern en-suite bathroom with a big chromotherapy shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and air conditioning. Space is provided with two double Japanese-style beds. Cupra-Ikiperu the divinity: a goddess connected to terrestrial and underground life who presided over water and fertility. Cupra, the room: The centerpiece of this room is a bathtub made from an old wine barrel. The space is generous, featuring walls finished with clay, stone and an expansive wall-to-wall larch wood paneling that contains: a fitted wall, and an evocative sky/earth lamp. I have had the privilege of being the founder and manager of the cultural association Incontri and the company Incontri d'estate in Ascoli Piceno, which carried out its activities from 1989 to 1999. We organized events that encompassed cuisine, art, music, and entertainment, providing unforgettable moments for our guests.
From 1991 to 1996, I had the opportunity to manage two shelters, a restaurant, and a bar in the renowned ski resort of Monte Piselli in Teramo. It was a unique experience, immersed in the beauty of the mountains and the energy of winter sports.
Later, I decided to explore what the world had to offer. In 2000, I opened the B&B Villa Fortezza, located in the family home, which warmly welcomed travelers with comfort. In 2016, we completed the restoration of Villa Fortezza Antique Rooms, a charming place passionately cared for by Federica Di Donato, located just 40 meters from Villa Fortezza.

In just 10 minutes of pleasant walking, you can reach the famous Piazza del Popolo. Furthermore, from Villa Fortezza, you can easily walk to the picturesque Castellano River and, during the summer, enjoy a refreshing swim in its crystal-clear waters.
