The Villa Fausta, an elegant 19th-century mansion, is surrounded by a charming park with centuries-old trees, a rose garden, a vegetable garden, and fruit trees. It is exclusively inhabited by our family. Our guest rooms, located on different floors, offer independent access via a staircase. Each room has a private bathroom and heating. We have three rooms available in our villa for your stay.
The mini-suite, with three beds, is located in a lovely and comfortable attic that overlooks a long terrace with a panoramic view of the park. Among the exclusive amenities, you will find an old bathtub with lion-shaped feet.
A second room, located on the intermediate floor, is ideal for two people and also has en-suite facilities.
The third room, with three beds, is very spacious and offers a grand bathroom. It is located on the ground floor.
In addition, we have a crib for our little guests.
All accommodations are furnished with antique family furniture and have a separate entrance.
Vegetarian breakfasts are personalized and served at the guests' preferred time.
Wireless internet connection is available.
Guests who wish can relax in the park and enjoy the colors of nature, our roses, and the company of our dogs.

The garden is the only place where smoking is permitted.

Upon your arrival, one of our family members will warmly welcome you: it could be Sergio, or Nicoletta, or perhaps both together, accompanied for sure by our adorable daughters Allegra and Diletta, and of course, our affectionate dogs. And if you don't speak Italian, we will do our best to communicate with you in English, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Nicoletta, the mastermind behind our wonderful B&B, has extensive experience as a translator that she has never abandoned. In the past, she was the owner of a renowned beach near Miramare Castle in Trieste for over ten years. Since 2002, she has dedicated her mind, heart, and soul to this business, utilizing the spacious areas of Villa Fausta to offer a unique experience to those travelers who enjoy staying in private homes.
Sergio, an active engineer and retired teacher, takes care of the marketing of the property and is always present in the life of this extended family of ours. With passion and enthusiasm, he thinks, plans, and always strives to create something new! He also takes care of the maintenance of the villa and the park. In the past, he was also the President of the Bed & Breakfast Association in Italy - Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Diletta, after a long professional career in Italy and abroad in the tourism sector, actively participates in welcoming and ensuring the well-being of our guests. It will be her contagious smile and great professionalism that will make you feel at home during your stay in our cozy abode.
The city center is located just a pleasant 15-minute walk away, while public transportation to reach the center, the sea, and the Carso area is conveniently accessible just 50 steps away.
