We offer spacious and comfortable double rooms, with the option to add an extra bed. Each room has a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. However, we do not provide breakfast service.

I was born on August 18th, 1975 in Parma and in my everyday life, I work for a company that specializes in installing windows and doors. The location of our B&B is also ideal for those who need to reach the university campus, which is only a 5-minute drive away.
The city center is easily accessible by public transport, which stops right in front of our B&B. In this way, guests can reach the center in just 10 minutes. Moreover, the proximity to the Piccole Figlie Clinic represents an additional advantage for those who need to visit their loved ones.
