The bed and breakfast Villa Devoto "La Torretta", located in the heart of the historic center of Rapallo, represents the evolution of the famous bed and breakfast Villa Devoto. After selling the original villa to the municipality, we moved to a more intimate structure, going from 600 to 230 square meters and reducing the number of rooms from three to two. Despite these changes, our commitment to maintaining a high standard of service remains unchanged since 2011, the year we inaugurated after a complete renovation. We offer our guests two elegant suites. The Azzurra Suite, on the first floor, is accessible via 15 steps. This 43-square-meter suite features a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a fireplace, as well as an additional lounge with a double sofa bed and a private bathroom with a spacious shower. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, two TVs, a kettle, a hairdryer, and toiletries. Cleaning and linen change are done daily. The Mansard Green Suite, on the second floor, offers 34 square meters of cozy space and a private terrace of 15 square meters. The bedroom, with a double bed, leads to the terrace via eight steps. The bathroom is equipped with a windowed shower. This suite is also fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, kettle, and the same daily cleaning services. The bed and breakfast offers a lounge with a shared library, ideal for relaxation, and a minibar with a selection of Ligurian wines and drinks. Breakfast, included in the price, offers packaged and long-lasting products to comply with hygiene standards and reduce waste, with the possibility of ordering fresh products such as brioche and focaccia upon reservation. Located near the pedestrian area, we are a very short distance from the main commercial activities, restaurants, bars, shops, the train station, and the ferry terminal. We also offer free parking, upon reservation and subject to availability. However, daily use of the car is not recommended due to traffic restrictions in the historic area, and the parking is not suitable for larger vehicles such as vans, due to the maneuvers required to access it.
