On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as another bathroom serving the other two bedrooms. The second floor includes another spacious bedroom with its own private bathroom. In the basement, a hobby room with a fireplace, a fitness area equipped with isometric and cardio machines, a large hot tub for six people, and a laundry area complete the wellness and comfort spaces.
Outside, the private garden is surrounded by tall trees and expansive terraces, ideal for sunbathing. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the pool equipped with sun loungers, an umbrella, and a shower. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, including autonomous heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a home automation control system, free 2 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi, and streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+. Parking is available both inside and outside the property.
