The beach below is spacious, sandy, and free. Additionally, you will find a convenient kiosk that offers catering services, as well as umbrella and sunbed rentals for those who want to relax in the sun. You can easily reach the beach within a few minutes on foot, thanks to a scenic path that starts directly from the property and leads you to the sea and the town center. It's worth noting that the difference in altitude from the main road is similar to climbing about 5 flights of stairs. The center of Marina di Casal Velino, with all its main services, is only 800 meters away along the provincial road. You can reach it easily by car or on foot, thanks to the presence of an illuminated sidewalk even at night. Our charming village is home to numerous restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops, and a playground for children. You will also find essential services such as a post office, bank, pharmacy, gas station, church, tobacconist, bicycle and car rental, barber, hairdresser, and grocery stores. Please note that in our property, we have two small dogs that often roam in the outdoor spaces. Upon request, we provide free of charge a crib, high chair, bottle warmer, and baby bathtub. Pets are only allowed upon request, with no additional cost. Please be reminded that a tourist tax of €1 per person per day is required on-site for guests over 14 years old. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide guests with a large shaded and furnished barbecue area for communal use. Additionally, in our library, you can find a selection of books in Italian and German, which you can borrow and enjoy during your free time. Free parking is available along the main road as we do not have private parking.
