The history of Villa Anita begins in the 1700s with the Fontanesi family. Built in 1739 by Pietro Fontanesi, the villa was the summer residence of the family for two centuries. The current renovation was curated by Dr. Anacleto Fontanesi, who still lives in one of the wings of the villa.
There are three rooms available for guests at Villa Anita, each with its own unique style.
The Italian garden of Villa Anita, spacious and well-kept, surrounded by poplars and oak trees, offers an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. In the center of the garden, you can admire a beautiful water fountain. The terrace on the first floor also offers a charming view. The villa is surrounded by nature, surrounded by a large private park of about 63,000 square meters, which will leave you breathless. The tree-lined avenue that will take you to the villa is a unique experience, as is the grove, where you can meet deer, hares, pheasants, herons and other wild animals.
The golf course with a pond, tool shed and some rustic buildings adjacent to the main villa will make your experience even more unforgettable.
Villa Anita is a great choice for golf lovers, thanks to the training course available to guests. Immersed in the peace and tranquility of the large private park, you can focus on the precision of the game. The golf course, consisting of 6 par 3 holes, was designed by the Brazilian professional master Liguorino De Gori, a personal friend of the villa owner. Experts can relax with a game of pitch and putt, while beginners can approach this sport in a pleasant way. The golf course also includes bunkers and a pond at holes 5 and 6, all in a relaxing and reflective atmosphere that you will hardly forget!
Breakfast is a real pleasure for the senses and is served in the Peacock Room, a beautiful and refined dining room located in the Villa. Here you can admire the magnificent coffered ceiling, the fireplace in precious red marble, the Murano glass chandeliers and the valuable antique furniture. In addition, the large windows of the room overlook the wonderful secret garden, offering a unique and suggestive view.
