This residence dates back to the 1980s and has been tastefully renovated with a focus on comfort, surrounded by a large park that offers privacy and tranquility. The interior spaces are cozy and well-organized, featuring four bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area. Outside, a furnished patio, a hot tub, and a double barbecue create an inviting atmosphere for relaxing moments with friends and family.

The bedroom has a window and offers a panoramic view of the garden surrounding the entire villa. The bedroom has two separate single beds and is furnished with a double-door wardrobe with two drawers, two bedside tables with two drawers, a four-drawer dresser, a wooden mirror, two chairs, and a shoe rack. The flooring is parquet. The bedroom is served by an external bathroom in the hallway.
Guests can prepare breakfast in the shared kitchen, which is also available, along with the tables under the patio (for al fresco dining) or in the dining area in front of the kitchen. Ample free parking is available in a reserved area.
