On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen and living room, enhanced by large windows that overlook the veranda and the approximately 50-square-meter pool. This floor also includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two additional double bedrooms—one designed to host up to four people with separate sleeping areas—a shared bathroom, and an extra toilet.

On the first floor, two suites with private bathrooms provide an added level of comfort and privacy. The large terrace, furnished with sofas, offers an expansive view of the sea, perfect for relaxing at sunset or starting your day with a scenic breakfast.

The tranquil location within a residential complex ensures peace and privacy while still being close to the main attractions of the area. Guests can also take advantage of the communal tennis court available at the residence, subject to availability.
