Recently restored, this antique villa is built in rustic Sicilian style. It used to be the headquarters of a music conservatory for many years, but now it is available to accommodate individuals or families who prefer to stay in a place that is different from the usual chain hotels. With a vast garden and a great terrace overlooking Mount Etna, the villa has only three comfortable and spacious rooms.
Villa Accademia B&B is located just 500 meters from Naxos' beach. It features two suites and one standard double room with a private bathroom.
B&B Villa Accademia provides an excellent international breakfast with wonderful homemade pastries such as tarts, donuts, and plum cake. There is a wide selection of cold cuts and the possibility of having boiled or poached eggs. The inviting drinks available include cappuccinos, coffee, latte macchiato, and more.
During the summer, we also offer tastings of local specialties such as granitas or typical products like cannoli, traditional biscuits, and almond pastries on alternate periods.

The hospitality is overseen by Gianluca and his wife Valentina, who will guide you to the best experiences throughout your vacation. The amazing breakfasts, prepared by Valentina and Stefania, are full of continental flavors with a Sicilian Mediterranean twist.
The property is located right by the Messina Catania highway exits. The sea is one kilometer away from the property, easily reachable by car or by walking through authentic Sicilian countryside paths. Services such as restaurants, shops, and beaches are all located in the seaside area, but what sets our property apart is definitely the priceless peace and serenity that can be felt all day long, far from the summer hustle and bustle of Naxos waterfront.
