We have chosen to inaugurate this charming family-run facility with the aim of assisting our beloved father, who has been enjoying a well-deserved retirement for a few years and wanted to dedicate his free time to something meaningful. Therefore, we have completely renovated and taken care of the apartments at Victor's House, with the intention of welcoming people from every corner of the world, belonging to different nations, religions, and cultures. This will allow us to exchange mindsets, habits, and languages, thus expanding our worldview.
Victor's House is located in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula. The apartments are just a short walk from the center of Sorrento, only 50 meters from Matteotti Square station, from where you can reach Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius. Additionally, just a 3-minute walk from the house, you will find the bus stop that will easily take you to the famous tourist destinations of Capri, Ischia, and the Amalfi Coast, with its enchanting towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello.
Within walking distance from the house, you can find the splendid "La Marinella" beach, which is welcoming and offers breathtaking panoramic views. This beach is located in one of the gorges carved into the tuff of the Sorrento Peninsula and is overlooked by a spacious terrace called Marinella Square. From here, you can admire the splendid panorama of the Gulf of Naples and experience the unique feeling of sitting at the "La Terrazza" Bar/Restaurant, which will make you feel like you're on the bow of a ship.
From the square, you can access the beach either through a pedestrian road carved into the mountain or by using the elevator. The beach is sandy and offers both a free area and a bathing establishment with all the main services. The waters are not very deep, and there is also a playground for children.
