Our B&B is located in the center of Viareggio, in a charming Viareggina house just 400 meters from the beach. We are also only 100 meters from the main city park, Pineta di Ponente, and 200 meters from the historic market, where you will find approximately 900 shops. All the main attractions in the area, such as beaches, shops, promenade, and clubs, are easily reachable on foot. Additionally, there are numerous bike paths connecting Versilia. Our B&B is easily accessible by car (exit Viareggio, continue towards the city center) or public transportation (Viareggio train station just 300 meters away). We are also well connected to the international airports of Pisa (just 25 km, 15 minutes on A11 highway) and Florence, with buses to the main Italian cities. Our B&B is ideal both as a base for summer vacations on Viareggio beach and the beaches of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi just 10 km away, 10 minutes), and as a center for art excursions in Tuscany. Additionally, the Puccini Theater is just 5 km away by highway or train, Lucca is 25 km away (15 minutes), and Pisa is 25 km away (15 minutes). Florence is 90 km away (50 minutes) on A11 highway. You can also enjoy nature thanks to the proximity of the Migliarino San Rossore Natural Park just 7 km away and the Apuan Alps Natural Park 20 km away, as well as various naturalistic WWF oases.
