This cozy studio is located on Nicola Mazza Street, in the Veronetta neighborhood, just a short walk from the historic center of Verona. The location is perfect for a couple visiting the city, with a pleasant ten-minute stroll that takes you across the Ponte delle Navi and along via Cappello, leading directly to the heart of Verona.

The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The space, entirely available for guests, includes a small balcony and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials for meal preparation. Additionally, there is Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a drying rack, a smart TV, an iron, and an ironing board. To complete the amenities, bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and a complimentary bottle of water are provided.

The bathroom includes a shower, a small water heater, a courtesy set with soaps and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer. Cleaning is performed by qualified staff, and sanitization occurs after each guest change, in accordance with current regulations.

Upon arrival, guests are required to submit their identification documents for registration. There is no luggage storage service available, but a nearby solution will be suggested. The city tax amounts to €3.50 per person per night, applicable for a maximum of four nights.
