Verde Marche

This house is situated in the beautiful and tranquil countryside of Osimo, a city near Ancona in the Marche region. There are many nearby attractions worth visiting, such as the Conero Riviera with its stunning beaches and picturesque villages of Sirolo and Numana, reachable in just 15 minutes by car. Additionally, there are the medieval villages of Recanati, Castelfidardo, Offagna, and Loreto with its majestic Basilica, all of which can be reached in just a few minutes by car. For those who enjoy outdoor sports, there is a perfect park for jogging, walking, or cycling, located just a 15-minute walk away.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is spread over two floors. It is very bright, and each room and bedroom overlooks the countryside.

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and living room, equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator, fireplace, and table with chairs. Additionally, there is a large and cozy living room with a TV, table with chairs, and a sofa bed for one and a half people, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washing machine (drying racks are available).

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a sofa bed for one and a half people, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Sheets and towels will be provided. Each bedroom is very bright thanks to the balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and admiring the beautiful panorama.

Around the house, there is a large garden with sun loungers to spend pleasant evenings in the cool air. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a local product as a welcome gift.

If you arrive by car, there is a private parking available where up to 4 cars can be parked. If you prefer public transportation, there are several buses that connect Osimo with the capital city of Ancona, its train station, and the international airport.

The house is available all year round, except for the period from January 10th to February 10th.

If you would like to find out the secrets or curiosities about the countryside, you can ask my father. You will be able to meet him, because he takes care of it every day, as well as of the special janitor of the house, our dog Bobo, who has a separate fenced space inside the fence of the house.

Animals are welcome, preferably small ones. I ask the courtesy to send me a message if you have large dogs, so that we can find the best solution.
