Our restaurant, exclusively for guests, showcases Tuscany through authentic dishes made with organic ingredients from our farm and local producers. Each dinner is a special occasion, filled with genuine flavors, family traditions, and all the passion I put into cooking.
The Granaio flat is located on the first floor of the Vaianino farmhouse and consists of: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, double bedroom and bathroom. For outdoor dining, guests have a table near their entrance stairs and another under the large panoramic loggia. From the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. The flat has a ceiling with chestnut beams and terracotta bricks and a Florentine terracotta floor.
The Noce flat is located on the first floor of the Vaianino farmhouse and consists of: living room-kitchen with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The flat has its own outdoor table under the large panoramic loggia with a view as far as the eye can see of the Tuscan hills and the sunset will provide unique colours of the sky. To access the flat, one passes under the large loggia and climbs its own external staircase. The flat has a ceiling with chestnut beams and terracotta bricks and a Florentine terracotta floor.
The Farnia flat is located on the ground floor of the Vaianino farmhouse and consists of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom suitable for the disabled. The flat has a beautiful terrace equipped with wooden table and chairs, which overlooks the large garden and the town of Volterra. To access the flat there are three steps, which are easily surmountable by the disabled with a wooden platform and the entrance is just under the loggia in the centre of the house. The flat has a ceiling with typical Tuscan vaulting made of terracotta bricks and has Florentine terracotta floors. At the time of booking, we kindly request that you indicate the need for the prior positioning of the mobile footboard for the disabled.
The Pietranera flat is located on the ground floor of the Vaianino farmhouse and consists of: an entrance hall with kitchen, a large bathroom, a double bedroom with fireplace (not working) and a bedroom with two single beds. The flat has a large and beautiful terrace, with its own outdoor table, that overlooks the olive trees and the hills with a wonderful panorama towards Pisa; the entrance to the flat is under the small loggia in the centre of the historic Vaianino house and has a ceiling with the typical Tuscan vaults made of terracotta bricks and has Florentine terracotta floors.
The Leccio flat is located on the first floor of the Vaianino farmhouse and consists of: a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a large bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a private pergola equipped with wooden table and chairs. From the windows you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Tuscan hills and Volterra. The flat is accessed by climbing its own external staircase. The flat has a ceiling with chestnut beams and terracotta bricks and a Florentine terracotta floor.
The Olivo flat or independent house is the annex of Casale Vaianino, on the ground floor and consists of: entrance, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The completely independent flat has no steps and has a large garden and private pergola equipped with wooden table and chairs. The flat has a ceiling with chestnut beams and terracotta bricks and Florentine terracotta floors.
