Our guesthouse is located in Ferrara, an art city, in a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, with a spectacular view, in the historic center of the city. In particular, we would like to point out that the "Cathedral" is only 390 meters away.

Not having an enabled kitchen area, we cannot carry out the breakfast service and to make up for this, we offer coffee, tea, herbal teas, etc. in our room for common use. to be prepared independently and at any time, using the coffee machine, kettle, microwave in the room. Our central location gives our customers the opportunity to have breakfast in one of the best pastry shops in the city which is only 150m away from us, even if there is an excellent bar just 40m away.

Our guests will find at their disposal completely independent rooms in the entrance and exit, all air-conditioned for the summer and with independent heating for the winter season. Each room has its own bathroom inside it, equipped with shower and bidet; the orthopedic mattresses and slatted bases, combined with the excellent quality of the pillows, allow an optimal rest for everyone. Inside you will find a flat screen TV with digital terrestrial channels and Wi-Fi internet coverage to connect your PC for free. A minibar allows you to keep your food or drinks in the room. All accommodations are equipped with sheets, towels, shower gel, soap, hairdryer. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also guaranteed.

Via della Sacca is a restricted traffic street, but our kind guests can access it without any problems for loading and unloading luggage. Afterwards, they can comfortably park their car in our private parking lot, which is also equipped with an electric car charging station, located on via Croce Bianca.
