The building is called Torre Polidori, in reference to the medieval tower built in 1290, which is visible from Piazza del Comune. The tower has remained virtually intact until the present day and has been used as a corner of the Renaissance building to which it is connected, considered as an integral part of the same palace. Behind a very simple facade, there is a decorated courtyard, closed on two sides by a stone portico with arches on columns that date back to the late 15th century.
The structure has been completely renovated and completed in March 2013.
Located near the medieval quarter, it allows you to reach on foot all the most important monuments of the city, such as the cathedral, the palace of the captain of the people, the palace of the seven, etc.
Free parking is available.
Public transport stops are located in the immediate vicinity of the structure.
