The S Place
The holiday apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Genoa, the largest city in Europe, where art, history, and fun blend in an explosion of unmatched scents and colors.
"The S"Place", Sergio's house, my dear brother, is located on the fifth floor of an ancient building without an elevator, but don't worry, the stairs are not that heavy. The house overlooks the courtyard of Palazzo Rosso on Via Garibaldi, the main street of the historic center, where some of the oldest and most beautiful historic buildings in the city are located, such as the Palazzi dei Rolli, now museums (Palazzo Rosso, Palazzo Bianco) or the seat of the Municipality of Genoa, Palazzo Doria-Tursi (open to visitors), Palazzo del Principe, now the seat of a bank but also open to visitors, and many others.
"The S"Place" will welcome you in its soberly elegant and minimalist spaces that combine 60s-style and modern elements, with harmoniously blended design touches, making each environment functional, efficient, and relaxing. You will have the entire house and every necessary accessory at your disposal, just like at home, with a fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, and pots in quantity) complete with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and water filtering jug, so you can have natural and sparkling water (with the carbonator) and no loads for 5 floors. The open space living room has a dining table and a TV area (Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus services included) with a large sofa, while the sleeping area includes a room with a one-and-a-half square sofa bed (armchairs and sofas), a large double bedroom, a huge walk-in closet with an adjoining laundry area with a washing machine (products available) and a dryer, and a huge full optional bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Heating, air conditioning, wifi, bed linen and towels, bathroom set with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in standard sizes, and breakfast set with coffee, tea, and biscuits are all available.
For small children, we have a travel cot, a travel high chair, and a step stool/booster, while for "furry" guests, we provide a kennel and bowls for food and water.

Welcome! My name is Silvia and I hope to have you as my guests at The "S" Place, the house that belonged to my beloved brother Sergio. It was designed and thought to be lived in and to host friends like you.
I am 52 years old (alas), I have a teenage son, 3 cats and a dog. I live just 200 meters away from the apartment, in the historic center of Genoa that I love, with its contrasts and colors and history that oozes from every corner.
I will personally welcome you at check-in. If I am not available, I will arrange for someone trustworthy to do so and let you know in advance.
