The structure was created from the renovation of an ancient farmhouse located within a property of about four hectares. Each room has become a self-sufficient apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and sleeping area. Materials such as Sicilian terracotta have been used for the flooring, wood for the stairs, and encaustic tiles in the kitchen, while maintaining comfort features such as a Smart TV with satellite channels, free WiFi and USB ports in the bedside lamps. Safety features such as emergency lighting and gas leak sensors have also been implemented. The structure has a private entrance and a large free parking area. The farmhouse, located near the small town, offers breathtaking views of the sea and Mount Etna, and a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. You can take pleasant walks in nature, and from an old staircase you can easily reach a natural grove. The place has been cleaned up and made usable, becoming a pleasant place to spend the hot summer days.
