Our house in Santo Spirito, located in the northernmost neighborhood of Bari, is a haven of tranquility overlooking the picturesque natural harbor and the suggestive promenade, known by locals as "Marineria". Just 2 km from the airport and about 5 km from the charming towns of Giovinazzo and Bitonto, our location offers a perfect base for exploring the area.
From the house, the sea is always within sight. Just a few steps away is the lively Piazza di San Francesco d'Assisi, surrounded by bars and restaurants that fill the evenings with music and the delightful aroma of Apulian specialties.
Inside, the house boasts a spacious living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a sideboard, and a cozy dining table. The kitchen, although small, is perfectly functional. The spacious master bedroom offers a large balcony overlooking the harbor and an en-suite bathroom. A flight of stairs leads to a small single bedroom and a second full bathroom. Another flight of stairs leads to the splendid sea-view solarium terrace, furnished with sun loungers, an umbrella, and a table ideal for dining or enjoying a sunset aperitif.
