Our farmhouse consists of a charming traditional Tuscan building and two small cottages. Starting from June 2021, after careful and complete restoration, we offer bed and breakfast service in rooms with private bathrooms.
One of the cottages and the main building have been transformed into cozy rooms, while the first cottage, located at the entrance of the Estate, serves as a reception and sales point for our products.
Breakfast is served at our restaurant "Da Pode," which is only 50 meters away.
Every morning, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful buffet breakfast at our restaurant Da Pode, located just 50 meters from our farmhouse. We invite you to relax and have fun by taking advantage of the gym and the shuttle service available at the Hotel Sovestro, which is part of our family.
The restaurant "Da Pode", established in 1985 in a farmhouse in the countryside of Siena, maintains a familiar and friendly atmosphere. Managed by Mrs. Lucia and her staff, it offers delicately revisited typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, such as appetizers of local cold cuts, refined terrines, homemade pasta with wild boar ragout or truffles, and classics like Florentine steak and tripe. The kitchen also highlights autumnal dishes with porcini mushrooms and offers a selection of local wines, including Chianti Colli Senesi and Vernaccia di San Gimignano, accompanied by excellent extra virgin olive oil.
Alessia and Barbara are two sisters who, along with their parents Sergio and Lucia, have made the decision to use their savings to purchase the Agricultural Company in front of their lodging facility. After a long journey of 4 years, navigating bureaucracy and renovations, they have finally opened the captivating Tenuta Sovestro Agritourism!
The Estate is located just 1,5 km from San Gimignano, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. For those who enjoy pleasant walks, it is possible to reach the town center in just 30 minutes, by taking a dirt road that runs alongside a charming part of the Agriturismo.
