Tenuta Montincello
The Montincello Estate is located in the beautiful territory of the municipality of Vieste, in the heart of the Gargano National Park, one of the most beautiful places in Puglia. It is just 900 meters away from Scialmarino Bay, one of the most suggestive beaches in Vieste and Gargano, with its fine sand and crystal clear sea, where the Umbra Forest merges with the sea, creating enchanting natural scenery and numerous historical testimonies.
The Montincello Estate, which is directly managed by the owners, produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil and offers newly built holiday homes and apartments for rent. The villas, located in a large olive grove of 13000 square meters, have one or two bedrooms, are fully furnished, equipped with air conditioning (at an additional cost), fridge/freezer, satellite TV, safety deposit box, and stand fans.
Furthermore, guests have access to a children's playground, a barbecue, a laundry room.
We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas to meet the needs of every customer.
Welcome everyone! We are Angelo and Anna, the owners of a beautiful property that will host you during your holidays in the wonderful Gargano. Together with our children Alice and Alessio, we have expanded our business over the years, from the initial 5 villas to the current 15 villas.
But that's not all: inside the estate we also produce excellent extra virgin olive oil! You can taste it during your stay and, if you wish, take it home with you as a souvenir of this fantastic experience.

Here, the Umbra Forest meets the sea, creating breathtaking natural scenery and countless historical testimonies.
The estate is located 6 km north of Vieste and 19 km from Peschici, near the ancient church of Santa Maria di Merino and the Necropoli della Salata, and just 12 km from the Umbra Forest. Tenuta Montincello is managed directly by the owners and, in addition to the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, offers newly built holiday homes and apartments.
The villas, immersed in a 13, 000 m2 olive grove, are fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, with one or two bedrooms. Guests can use Wi-Fi internet near the reception, a children's playground, a barbecue, a coin-operated laundry.
