The neighborhood is well served by the 11 A/B/C line, which offers a fast connection to the heart of Bologna, Piazza Maggiore. The property is located about 1 km from the Villa Erbosa hospital.
Sweet Home Graziella has a large entrance hall and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and enjoying meals. The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with a 140 cm wide and 18 cm high mattress, ideal for two people of medium build. There is also a hallway and a bathroom with a bathtub. The two bedrooms are beautiful and spacious, one of which has a balcony. Each room has two single beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower (without a window). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.

The Navile neighborhood, located near the train station and a short distance from the historic center, is excellently connected to the ring road. This lively and informal area is rich in traditional and ethnic restaurants. You will also find local markets, supermarkets, and grocery stores. Please note that all street parking around Sweet Home Graziella is paid on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. The cost is 1.20 euros per hour or 6 euros per day and can be paid at the designated payment points or through an app (recommended). To reach the historic center, the 11 A/B/C line, which passes through Via Fioravanti, offers trips every 10 minutes during the day and late into the evening. During the weekends, a night line is active. Bus tickets can be purchased at tobacco shops, newsstands, on board public transportation with a credit card, or through an app. Access to the ring road is only a few minutes away by car, as well as the Exhibition District.
