Sunny Suite Palermo is the perfect apartment for those seeking an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of the city, without sacrificing modern comforts. Located on the fifth floor of an elegant building, the penthouse is distinguished by its bright atmosphere, absolute silence, and meticulous attention to detail: every room has been designed to offer relaxation, privacy, and functionality.
The spaces are ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. You'll find a refined double bedroom equipped with a safe, a spacious wardrobe, custom-made furnishings, and a retractable TV in the ceiling for a high-tech touch; a bedroom perfect for children or teenagers with two single beds and custom furnishings; a spacious living room conducive to conviviality, with a double sofa bed, a dining table for six, a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, and a modern bathroom with a large shower as well as a convenient laundry room with a washing machine.
High-quality materials such as parquet flooring, handcrafted solid wood doors, low-transmittance PVC window frames, and soundproofing ensure peace and well-being. Air conditioning in every room, independent heating, electric shutters, LED lighting, and 1000Mbps fiber internet enhance your daily comfort. The house is equipped with four TVs (including two smart TVs) to entertain guests of all ages.
Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome kit for your first morning breakfast; the following days, you can choose between a "do-it-yourself" breakfast with local products or the traditional breakfast offered at local bars and pastry shops. Access is conveniently managed remotely via an app or alphanumeric keypad.
The apartment is cleaned by default at the end of each stay, ensuring a fresh and tidy environment. For particularly long stays, or upon specific request, additional cleaning during your stay can be booked, at an additional cost communicated in advance and based on current rates.
The wonders of Palermo unfold just steps away: the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Zisa Castle, and the shopping district are within easy walking distance. Public transportation, shops, restaurants, and services are always close by, while for those arriving by car, free parking is available in the area and a private garage is available for a fee.

Our breakfast
Sunny Suite Palermo is designed to offer our guests maximum independence and freedom. Due to the rental type, the property does not include hotel services such as breakfast and daily housekeeping. Therefore, we cannot guarantee daily breakfast. However, we want to make your arrival as pleasant as possible: you will always find a welcome kit with everything you need for breakfast on your first day, giving you time to settle in and get organized.
For the following mornings, you are free to choose your preferred option: you can prepare breakfast at home, stocking up on supplies from the many local grocers, bakeries, and supermarkets, or opt for a traditional Palermo experience in the many bars and pastry shops in the neighborhood, often within easy walking distance.
This way, each guest can enjoy their holiday according to their own habits and personal rhythms, enjoying the complete flexibility that characterizes our property.
