Our beautiful apartment is located in a panoramic position, with a stunning sea view, in the quiet village of Marola. The property is characterized by a unique and unmistakable style and offers reserved parking, although not guarded, about 50 meters from the apartment.
Our guests will have the opportunity to go shopping, admire the surrounding areas, and savor the delicious local flavors through various food and wine itineraries. They can also participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, get lost in museums and exhibition spaces. Within a short distance from the property, our guests will find examples of our rich heritage and numerous tourist attractions. Additionally, football enthusiasts can support their favorite team at the Alberto Picco Stadium in La Spezia, which is located nearby.

I live in La Spezia, I enjoy reading, traveling, taking walks, and listening to music. I really love taking walks along the trails of our city amidst nature and breathtaking landscapes. I relax by reading a good detective novel. I particularly like Agatha Christie's detective novels. I love cooking, desserts are my passion, and my pesto has no rivals. I enjoy gardening. I personally take care of my garden.
Below the house there is a bus stop that goes to Portovenere (every 15 minutes during the day) and the stop for the city center (every 15 minutes during the day) is about 50 meters away. The 5 Terre can be reached by car (but beware, parking is a problem and expensive on site) or by train. The 5 Terre can be reached more comfortably and quickly by train in 10 minutes (departure from the Central Station - possibility to purchase a daily pass). The apartment is only 4 km from the city center, 5 km from the embarkation points for the islands, 10 km from Portovenere, and 4.5 km from the train station to reach the 5 Terre.
