B&B Stella 10

Bed & Breakfast in Napoli in the city center

This apartment is a typical Neapolitan home, spacious and inviting, covering an area of 180 square meters and featuring a beautiful 100-square-meter terrace. The terrace, equipped with a pergola, provides a panoramic view of Mount Vesuvius and is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the sun. The atmosphere is friendly, perfect for couples and groups of friends, with an informal and artistic approach that reflects the true essence of Naples. The apartment is adorned with contemporary art on the walls and is characterized by an open and welcoming style, inclusive and gay-friendly.

The four spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to 10-12 guests. Two of them, connected to each other, are perfect for families or groups, hosting up to 4-5 people (4 adults or a couple with 2-3 children), with a private bathroom. The other rooms are doubles, with the option of adding an extra bed to meet different needs.

Sergio and Carmine, your hosts, are theater professionals who will help you discover Naples beyond the usual stereotypes, offering authentic and surprising itineraries. They share part of the apartment with guests, fostering a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

The home promotes conscious, responsible, and sustainable tourism: in respect for the environment, there is no air conditioning system. A friendly and unobtrusive cat resides in the property, adding a touch of homely warmth. Perfect for those looking to explore Naples in an authentic and alternative way, this accommodation offers affordable prices and a unique experience, showing that another world is possible.

Our breakfast

Essential Italian Breakfast.

While it may not be our standout feature, and to ensure we keep our prices reasonable, we don’t compete with the delightful local bakeries. However, you will have access to a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker.

The kitchen is not available for use.

Home Restaurant

We are delighted to provide you with a unique culinary experience inspired by Neapolitan tradition during your stay. Each day, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal, choosing between lunch and dinner, featuring a menu rich in authentic flavors and options tailored for those on a gluten-free diet.

The menu includes a first course, such as seafood spaghetti, mussel spaghetti, or mussels in pepper sauce, with the latter available in a gluten-free version as well. For the main course, you can choose between oven-baked sea bass or gilt-head bream served on a bed of potatoes, or a Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and extra virgin olive oil. The meal comes with a side dish, with options of seasonal vegetables or a green salad, bread, a liter of wine per room, and a traditional Neapolitan dessert selected based on the season.

To ensure the freshness and quality of the dishes, we source ingredients from the local market. We kindly ask you to inform us of your choice in advance so we can provide you with impeccable service.

The price for the menu is €37.50 per person, with a dedicated children's option available for €18.

Sergio

You will be hosted by Sergio

Sergio is a passionate theater artist and an avid traveler, splitting his time between Naples and Paris. The B&B Stella10, run by Sergio Longobardi, was one of the pioneers in the bed and breakfast sector in Naples, opening its doors in 2005 with an official municipal license. A portion of the income from the establishment is allocated to funding Sergio's theatrical productions, while another part goes towards the maintenance and management of the spacious apartment.

Sergio's main focus remains his artistic endeavors, which results in exceptional and attentive hospitality. He genuinely enjoys introducing guests to Naples, a city brimming with beauty and intrigue. Always approachable and friendly, Sergio is well-equipped to recommend the best ways to explore Naples, pointing out the most famous restaurants and pizzerias, and if time allows, suggesting interesting cultural events not to be missed during your stay.

Area City Center

A captivating and tranquil neighborhood that embodies authentic Naples. It is just a 10-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum and 15 minutes from the Historic Center. Two metro lines are close by, and bus lines 604, C63, 168, and 178 depart from Piazza Dante. Located centrally, the Sanità district is one of Naples' historic areas, part of Municipality 3 Stella-San Carlo all’Arena. It stretches north of the ancient viceroyal walls, from the Borgo dei Vergini to the slopes of Capodimonte hill. The neighborhood begins at Piazza Vergini and includes Via Sanità and Piazza Sanità, extending to the San Gennaro Hospital, known as "dei Poveri." Founded at the end of the 16th century in a valley that had been used since the Greco-Roman era as a burial site, the Sanità district is home to Hellenistic hypogea and early Christian catacombs, including those of San Gennaro and San Gaudioso. This area has maintained a strong connection between life and death over the centuries, as evidenced by the Fontanelle cemetery, which served as a resting place for victims of the devastating plague of 1656.
