These apartments are part of a semi-detached house and consist of a large open-plan living room, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, two bedrooms with single beds (one single with three single beds and one double), a bathroom, a covered veranda where you can enjoy meals both on the ground floor and on the first floor with outdoor tables and chairs, a barbecue, a washing machine with a sink, and a large private garden.

There is also an outdoor shower and private parking. The house has a large water reserve with a 6000-liter tank.

It is only 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro, such as La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Isuledda, Capo Coda Cavallo, and Cala Brandinchi. The main services, including bars, markets, restaurants, and stationery shops, are all easily accessible.

This property is ideal for families with young children or two young couples who want to relax both on the beach and in the property. In the evening, you can go out to the local square and visit pubs, breweries, and nightclubs. It is the perfect area for those who want to truly relax, as it is well-ventilated and free from noise.

The outdoor spaces are very spacious, with two gardens: a large one in front of the verandas and a smaller one at the back, where the laundry area is located.
