The "Staffoli" B&B is personally managed by the owner and consists of three cozy double or twin rooms, each with a private bathroom. Additionally, guests can make use of a shared area equipped with a fully equipped kitchen. High-speed internet connection is available throughout the property via fiber optic, both through the fixed LAN connections in each room and through the convenient WiFi system.
The B&B Staffoli offers you a modern and welcoming kitchen where you can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast every day. Start your day with croissants, toast, butter and a variety of jams, yogurt, fruit, and fresh juices.
For those who prefer a light breakfast, the B&B Staffoli offers a selection of cereals, muesli, yogurt, and always fresh fruit.
The coffee is prepared with Nespresso capsules, ensuring the true taste of Italian coffee. You will have the opportunity to choose from different blends to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
If you love cappuccino, you can customize your favorite drink until you get a creamy foam, just like at the bar.
For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, barley coffee and tea are also available.
And for the little ones, what could be better than a glass of fruit juice or a fresh smoothie to start the day in a healthy and tasty way?

My name is Maurizio Staffoli and I am the owner of the "Staffoli B&B".
I have recently completed the renovation works of the B&B, dedicating a lot of care and attention to every detail, as I do for all my projects.
I have imagined myself as a guest. For this reason, I have thought of all the comforts that I would like to find in a structure like this.
I have thought of those who visit a city like Rome to admire its artistic beauties, attend a concert, spend time with family or friends.
I have also thought of those who need a support point near the Policlinico Umberto I, which is only 200 meters away, or who come for study purposes (La Sapienza University is also a short distance away) or for work reasons.
Here you will find a peaceful environment, located in a small square that separates us from the main street.
You can count on the utmost availability and discretion, not only in serving you excellent breakfasts, which I enjoy preparing personally, but also in helping you use all the amenities that the B&B offers.
I will be a point of reference for you if you need directions on how to move around this city, which may seem enormous, but is actually easy to explore for someone like me who was born here.

Near La Sapienza University, Umberto 1st Hospital, and George Eastman Dental Institute, and close to Termini and Tiburtina train stations, you will find the "Staffoli B&B". This elegant and welcoming establishment in the heart of Rome offers high-quality services.
The "Staffoli B&B" opened in July 2014 and is located in a fully renovated and furnished apartment with custom-made furniture. Situated in one of the central areas of Rome, on a quiet and low-traffic street, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and affordable pizzerias nearby. Some of these establishments offer special rates for our guests.
The property is excellently connected by public transport, allowing easy access to the historic center and all the city's tourist attractions thanks to the nearby Policlinico and Bologna metro stops, as well as surface public transport stops.
Across from the building, there is a private affiliated garage that offers special rates for our guests.
