This property is located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Cabras and the beautiful shores of the lagoon. The Spapparra B&B is a charming place, surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Additionally, you can connect to the wifi for free in every corner of the property. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, modern furnishings, a mini-fridge, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Some rooms also have a balcony.
You can relax and enjoy the garden or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Furthermore, we offer complimentary use of bicycles to explore the surroundings.
The rooms are cleaned daily and the linens are changed every two days. You will have the freedom to come and go as you please.
We have 3 rooms with a double bed and the possibility to add a third bed or a bunk bed.
Our accommodations are completely independent, located in a separate structure from the main house and fully autonomous.
Our residence is perfect for families who love to travel and want to feel at home. It is also ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, in direct contact with nature, away from the chaos and noise of the city.
From here, you can easily reach beaches, archaeological sites, natural areas, and many other interesting destinations.
To start the day off right, we will be happy to offer you a rich and delicious breakfast.
During spring, summer, and sometimes even in autumn, thanks to the mild climate of our location, you can enjoy breakfast on the delightful veranda of our inner garden. Here, you can indulge in the scents of Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by myrtle, helichrysum, and rosemary plants, next to our charming olive tree.
During less favorable seasons from a climatic point of view, breakfast will be served in the comfortable and spacious living room, equipped with every comfort.
In addition to delicious local products, you can savor a variety of delicacies from 8 to 10 in the morning. Croissants, fresh local bread, cookies, fruit juices of different flavors, milk, tea, coffee, and cereals will be offered in a serene and relaxing environment.
Upon request and with reasonable notice, we will be delighted to prepare special breakfasts for people with celiac disease or intolerances.
We are a young couple of passionate travelers, Filippo and Giulia, who love making new friends while exploring the world. In our lovely garden, you can meet Carlo, our son, who enjoys playing with garden tools and exploring every corner. He is the true master of the house and will win you over with his friendliness and liveliness. We engage in this activity with the certainty that during our wonderful journey, we will make many new friends who can also enrich the lives of our children. In addition, thanks to our guests, our children will have the opportunity to discover the wonders of the world, different cultures, mentalities, and traditions, right in our home.
The structure is located in a semi-central residential area of the town. In the immediate vicinity, you will find sports facilities that you can access freely, a playground for children, and public gardens. This area is very peaceful and perfect for those who wish to spend a vacation immersed in silence and complete relaxation. One particular aspect that is usually appreciated is waking up accompanied by the pleasant chirping of birds. Despite being slightly removed from the center of the lagoon city, the B&B Spapparra is easily accessible for those coming from outside Cabras and is well positioned in relation to the main attractions of the area. From here, it will be very easy to reach numerous beautiful beaches, archaeological sites, nature reserves, monuments, and follow unique food and wine itineraries.
