Our home is located in Florence, in the heart of the historical center of art and culture, within the area recognized by Unesco as a World Heritage Site, just a minute's walk from Ponte Vecchio.
"Sottopontevecchio" is a hospitable and comfortable structure.
Our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves very quickly in the art that the city offers, as well as in the shopping streets.
In the surroundings of our structure you will find yourself in a few minutes at Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens, as well as in Piazza Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.
The apartment will be totally to our Guests' disposal, the studio apartment includes a double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, free wifi, hot/cold air conditioning, freedom to return at night at any time, as long as you respect the silence from 23. 00 to 07. 00 and a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob for two pots, crockery, fridge without freezer, kettle and microwave, you can prepare breakfasts in total autonomy as well as quick lunches and dinners.
You will also find an hairdryer, mirror, washing machine, as well as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, kitchen utensils as well as bed linen, bathroom and kitchenette
We can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 travellers. It is not possible to insert any extra bed.
The managers speak fluent Italian and manage quite well with English.
Thanks to its location, our structure is perfect for getting around Florence on foot without any other need to use your own or public transport.
The apartment is located in the ZTL, for those arriving by car the parking lots, both public and private, are on payment, very close to the address of the studio there are three garages.
Children under the age of 18 are accepted only if accompanied by an adult.
You will have at your disposal a Kitchenette, where to prepare by yourself the breakfasts and/or quickly lunch and dinner

In Via dei Barbadori you will have a greengrocer, two laundries, one of which is self-service, a post office, an on payment garage; less than 100 meters on foot a well-stocked supermarket and opposite a bank with ATM service.
Furthermore, always a stone's throw from the apartment you will find restaurants, trattorias, sandwich bars, pizzerias, ice cream shops, bars and shops of Florentine artisans.
