Our delightful breakfast is served under a charming wooden patio, with a breathtaking view of the sea.
Our menu includes a variety of beverages such as Italian and American coffee, barley, milk, instant chocolate, orange juice, and fruit juices.
Additionally, we offer a rich selection of fresh foods, including seasonal fruit, freshly baked brioches, cakes and tarts, freshly baked bread, cookies, rusks, various types of cereals, yogurt, Nutella, jam, honey, and butter.
Upon request, we are able to prepare a savory or English breakfast, with cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, whole grain bread, and much more.
We will do our best to meet your preferences and ensure that you start your day with a tasty and nutritious breakfast.
My name is Sara Olivieri and in 2009, I embarked on this extraordinary adventure. Being a passionate traveler, I wanted to fulfill my dream and create a place that could welcome people like me. I completely changed my life to move to this paradise, leaving behind Piedmont and my family, in order to create the B&B Sole e Sale on this wonderful island.
At Sole e Sale, I have tried to recreate a welcoming, warm, and joyful environment. As a curious tourist, the places that have touched my heart are the ones where I have felt "at home", and it is precisely this sensation that I wanted to recreate for you!
