Nuestra Estancia se encuentra en un gran apartamento en el segundo piso de un palacio histórico del siglo XVI ubicado en el barrio de San Lorenzo, en el centro de Florencia. Abierto en 1992 por Daniela, el apartamento fue renovado por última vez en 2018. La propiedad está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación central de Santa Maria Novella, del Palazzo dei Congressi y de la Fortezza da Basso, y a otros 10 minutos a pie de la Piazza del Duomo y de los principales museos y monumentos de la ciudad.
Las habitaciones fueron renovadas en 2018 y ofrecen un alto nivel de confort, con baño privado con ducha, secador de pelo, televisión en color, minibar y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en toda la propiedad. Además, cada habitación tiene una tetera para preparar té y tisanas.
No servimos desayuno, pero encontrará un presente nuestro en la habitación o en la cocina compartida.
Las habitaciones son muy tranquilas y luminosas, con calefacción en invierno y aire acondicionado en verano.

Soggiorno Pezzati es el resultado de mi experiencia en hospitalidad durante mi juventud en Escocia. Cuando regresé a Florencia en 1992, decidí abrir mi propia casa de huéspedes para introducir este tipo de alojamiento en Italia. El Soggiorno Pezzati se encuentra en una ubicación céntrica, a solo 500 metros de la Plaza del Duomo y de la estación de Santa María Novella, así como de la Fortezza da Basso y del Palacio de Congresos, que se pueden llegar en solo 10 minutos a pie. La ubicación estratégica del hotel le permitirá explorar Florencia a pie y disfrutar de la belleza de la ciudad. A solo 100 metros del hotel se encuentra el famoso mercado de artesanía y cuero florentino, así como el Mercado Central. La Galería de la Academia, donde podrá admirar las obras de Michelangelo, incluyendo el famoso David, está a solo 200 metros de distancia, al igual que las Capillas Mediceas y muchos otros lugares de interés. Si llega en coche, tenemos un aparcamiento conveniente justo enfrente del hotel, que le permitirá atravesar la zona de tráfico limitado para llegar a nuestra estructura sin problemas.
