Our Stay is housed in a large apartment on the second floor of a historic 16th-century palace located in the San Lorenzo area in the center of Florence. Opened in 1992 by Daniela, the apartment was last renovated in 2018. The property is about a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella central station, the Palazzo dei Congressi, and the Fortezza da Basso, and another 10-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and the city's main museums and monuments.
The rooms were renovated in 2018 and offer a high level of comfort, with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, color TV, minibar, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. In addition, each room has a kettle for making tea and herbal teas.
We do not serve breakfast, but you will find a present from us in the room or in the shared kitchen.

Soggiorno Pezzati is the result of my experience with hospitality during my youth in Scotland. When I returned to Florence in 1992, I decided to open my own guesthouse to introduce this type of hosting to Italy. It wasn't easy to compete with hotels, but I'm still here today, offering my hospitality with enthusiasm and innovation. Over the years, my family has grown, and I've adopted new methods of hospitality that offer greater freedom to my guests, such as check-in without time constraints. I have a collaborator, and our presence is guaranteed from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. For those arriving later, we send instructions with codes for self-access, provided they communicate with us a few days in advance. The Soggiorno Pezzati is located in the center of Florence, just 500 meters from Piazza Duomo and Santa Maria Novella train station, as well as Fortezza da Basso and Palazzo dei Congressi, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The strategic location of the hotel allows you to comfortably explore the city's attractions on foot, such as the famous leather and Florentine craft market, located just 100 meters from the hotel, and the Central Market. The Accademia Gallery, where Michelangelo's works, including the famous "David," can be found, is only 200 meters from the hotel, while the Medici Chapels and many other attractions are easily accessible on foot. Furthermore, if you arrive by car, we offer a convenient parking space in front of the hotel, which allows you to transit through the ZTL to our door, by communicating the vehicle's license plate to the municipal police.
