Unser Aufenthalt befindet sich in einer großen Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines historischen Palastes aus dem 16. Jahrhundert im Stadtteil San Lorenzo im Zentrum von Florenz. Eröffnet im Jahr 1992 von Daniela wurde die Wohnung zuletzt 2018 renoviert. Das Anwesen liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof Santa Maria Novella, dem Palazzo dei Congressi und der Fortezza da Basso entfernt und weitere 10 Gehminuten vom Domplatz und den wichtigsten Museen und Monumenten der Stadt.
Die Zimmer wurden 2018 renoviert und bieten einen hohen Komfort mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche, Haartrockner, Farbfernseher, Minibar und kostenlosem WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. Darüber hinaus verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen Wasserkocher für Tee und Kräutertees.
Wir servieren kein Frühstück, aber Sie finden ein Präsent von uns im Zimmer oder in der Gemeinschaftsküche.

Soggiorno Pezzati ist das Ergebnis meiner Erfahrung mit Gastfreundschaft während meiner Jugend in Schottland. Als ich 1992 nach Florenz zurückkehrte, entschied ich mich, mein eigenes Gästehaus zu eröffnen, um dieses Art der Gastfreundschaft in Italien einzuführen. Es war nicht einfach, mit Hotels zu konkurrieren, aber ich bin heute noch hier und biete meine Gastfreundschaft mit Begeisterung und Innovation an.
