It is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of this region, whether you want to dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Riviera delle Palme (just a 10-minute drive away) or visit the charming medieval villages inland.
Located in a privileged position, the B&B offers breathtaking views of the valley and has a large garden equipped with views of the Sibillini Mountains and the sea. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration.

Our three spacious rooms, each dedicated to a famous painter, are tastefully furnished and equipped with private bathrooms. Breakfast is served in the bright veranda overlooking the garden, which also offers a dedicated relaxation area.
We are proud to be part of the Marche Outdoor project (MARCHE OUTDOOR - ASCOLI REBIRTH - PRIMO ANELLO), which promotes cycling tourism in our region. We are happy to welcome cyclists and offer itineraries that will allow you to discover the coast and the historic villages of the area.
Our delicious breakfasts are filled with homemade products, such as freshly baked pies and donuts.
Additionally, every morning we offer fragrant croissants to enjoy with a selection of jams or chocolate.

Romantic and elegant, the Gustav Klimt double room is perfect for hosting couples of all ages. The room has a private bathroom with large shower and hairdryer. There is a ceiling fan in the room and the heating is adjustable.
The room dedicated to Van Gogh is, of all, the largest room. Defined by warm colors, it was designed to accommodate a group of friends on vacation or couples with children. It is in fact equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. Thanks to an independent entrance and a very large bathroom, equipped with all the necessary comforts, the space is accessible and perfectly habitable even by people with disabilities. The Van Gogh room also has a mini-fridge-bar, kettle for herbal teas, TV, Wi-Fi connection, ceiling fan and adjustable heating.

Our journey began over ten years ago when we made the decision to move from the Lombardy region to the captivating Marche region. We chose these lands because we believe they have tremendous potential, and we are excited to guide you in discovering these marvelous places.
We are located on a hill in a peaceful location, but within a short distance from wonderful villages such as Grottammare, Ripatransone, Offida, and Acquaviva Picena. Furthermore, the city of Ascoli Piceno is only thirty minutes away from here. The stunning Riviera delle Palme, stretching from Cupra Marittima, through Grottammare to San Benedetto del Tronto, can be easily reached in just ten minutes by car from our bed and breakfast.
