Welcome to B&B Sergio, one of the few traditional B&Bs located in the heart of Rome. Our rooms are comparable to those of a good quality hotel, offering discretion, ensuite bathrooms, autonomous air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. What sets us apart is the warmth and hospitality of a true Italian family. You won't feel like you're staying in an impersonal hotel run by a stranger, but rather in a home where you'll be welcomed with open arms.
We are always available to meet your needs and answer your questions. We can suggest great places to eat, shop, or take day trips outside of Rome. When exploring the city, be sure to venture beyond the museums, monuments, squares, and churches, as Rome's neighborhoods, streets, alleys, and unique atmospheres are just waiting to be discovered.
Our rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every three nights (or upon request). Sheets are changed weekly and, of course, after every guest.
At the moment, I provide vouchers to use at a nearby bar for breakfast. Before I can personally serve breakfast again (hopefully soon), I need to attend an HACCP course in accordance with current regulations.

Since 1999, I have been running my B&B and taking care of everything personally, from the check-in to the farewell. I don't entrust anything to third parties because I want to ensure the best possible outcome.
Managing an establishment of this kind means paying careful attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and common areas, as well as washing and sterilizing towels and sheets. I also take care in selecting the furnishings and strive to improve the quality of the service by personally serving breakfast.
All of this allows me to offer competitive rates without compromising on quality. We do not require any advance payment for reservations because we trust in your good faith and want payment to be made only after guests have verified the quality and conformity of our service.
