From the evening before, you will have at your disposal a variety of breakfast treats: cereals, milk, coffee, yogurt, a selection of teas, fruit juices, brioches, crackers, breadsticks, toast, cookies of different flavors, fresh fruit, jam, honey, Nutella, and eggs. In the morning, you can choose between cappuccino, latte macchiato, or regular coffee, long or stained, accompanied by delicious croissants. We will be happy to serve you at a agreed time.

My name is Valentina Allegria, a true lover of natural beauty and its countless resources. I am proudly born and raised in Jerzu, a charming village at the foot of the Ogliastrine hills. Since I was a child, I have nourished a great passion for nature and everything it offers us.
After obtaining a degree in Herbal Sciences and Technology from the University of Cagliari, I made the decision to open my herbalist shop right here in Jerzu. Shortly after, I began teaching at the University of the Third Age in Jerzu, Tortolì, and Lanusei. This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge of the endemic plants of the Ogliastrine territory and their past uses.
Fascinated by the wonders of my land, I decided to pursue the study to become a hiking guide. My Selu Bed and Breakfast was born with the aim of discovering the wonders of our territory to both residents and foreign visitors.
