The bed and breakfast is located in a charming family house, nestled in the hills near Riccione. This location ensures proximity to tourist attractions, but also offers the necessary tranquility and comfort for a relaxing stay.
The property has recently been renovated and equipped with new ecological systems, such as solar and photovoltaic panels. The underfloor heating is regulated by an external thermostat, and we also have a rainwater recovery tank.
We pay great attention to respecting nature, so we have furnished the bed and breakfast with objects created by ourselves. The same applies to breakfast, which is completely taken care of by us and made with products from our garden.
The property offers a wide range of services. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary to accommodate guests, such as towel sets, hairdryers, shampoo, and shower gel. Additionally, each room has a private terrace. Outside, you can relax on the spacious veranda or in the garden to sunbathe, read, or connect to the internet.
For those who wish to securely store their bicycles or motorcycles, we provide a large garage.
Our absolute priority is to let you discover breakfast, offering you a delightful awakening with authentic and characteristic products. We believe that this is the best way to introduce you to our culinary traditions and start the day off right.
We exclusively serve buffet-style breakfast to provide you with a wide range of choices. You can enjoy it on our enchanting veranda, immersed in a relaxing and colorful atmosphere, or, for those who prefer, in the communal breakfast area. Here, you will find books and interesting facts about the region to browse through while sipping a good coffee.
Most of the products available in the buffet are made by us, from bread to pastries, from jams to fresh fruit, to traditional and non-traditional sweets. From the very beginning, we have chosen to stand out because we believe that eating fresh, non-industrial food is good for our bodies, in addition to offering superior taste and quality.
Upon request, we also prepare special breakfasts, such as vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free breakfasts (it is important to emphasize that everything is prepared by us, as we do not like to buy pre-packaged products).

We are Simone and Serena, the kind owners of our B&B. The name of our bed and breakfast is truly original and charming, as it is an acronym of our family names: Se for Serena, Lo for Loretta, Si for Simone, and Sa for Sanzio. Additionally, you won't be able to resist falling in love with our adorable mascots, Ela & Giorgio, who will welcome you with so much love and cuddles.
Together, we form a typical Romagna family that loves hosting people, always welcoming them with a smile and making them feel at home.

From here, you can easily reach places of interest such as the Misano Racetrack, the water amusements of Aquafan and Oltremare, the equipped beaches of the Romagna Riviera, and the famous Ceccarini and Dante streets for shopping. Only 5 km from Riccione and 10 km from the center of Rimini, with its charming historic center to visit. Moreover, the lesser-known hinterland compared to the coast offers stunning landscapes and beautiful villages that you can explore. Feel free to ask us for information about the most beautiful villages in the area, we are happy to give you advice. You can also visit numerous historical villages that come alive throughout the year with unique festivals and events. The surrounding area of the B&B is suitable for everyone and offers various possibilities for leisure and relaxation, such as pleasant walks in the countryside, bike or mountain bike rides, horseback riding, and visits to farms and wineries. It is an ideal place to welcome families, groups, young people, and couples.
